- Scan computer for trouble codes 4 found. P2195 Oxygen sensor lean bank 1 sensor 1. P2197 Oxygen sensor signal stuck lean bank 2 sensor 1. P0171 System to lean bank 1. P0174 System too lean bank 2. Further testing found mass air flow very dirty due to no air filter. Clean mass air flow sensor and throttle body. Replace missing Engine air filter. Clear trouble codes and test drove. Fuel trims returned to normal and no more Engine light.
