Customer concern: Light on dash. Ran out of propane now hot water tank and furnace inoperative.
Found active codes for both banks running lean. Usually a sign of a dirty mass air flow sensor. Remove and clean sensor, reassemble and test. All readings good at this time, clear codes and run, no codes set.
No propane in system (stove top would not light either). Found no power to electric LP shut off solenoid. Trace issue to the recently replaced co/propane detector. Old detector was a pass through system, now obsolete (company that made them shut down in 2008). New detector just needs power and ground and shut off valve wired to come on when coach battery is turned on. Run ground wire to new detector and wire LP solenoid to come on with coach battery (wire runs through kitchen slide). Test system-bleed venting and lighting at stove top. Test water heater and furnaces, all work well.

Started and test drove vehicle. Could not duplicate the issue, put truck on lift to inspect for issues that could cause intermittent problems with steering and brakes, none found. At this time the truck is operating as designed.

Rotated tires, Left front had a leak, patched the leak and tire holds air well now. WHile tries were off, checked brakes, all pads at about 30% life remaining. Fuel filler light is from a leak in the fuel filler neck, would need to replace to fix the issue. Also has a bad tire pressure sensor in the right rear tire.

A/C compressor is locked up, needs new compressor and belt. Exhaust flex pipe is leaking, needs new flex pipe and catalytic converter. Customer declines repairs at this time.
Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge system. Inspect for leaks. Test system performance. Found A/C Compressor failed and needs replaced, belt is dry rotten and cracked.
Change engine oil & filter Lubricate Chassis as needed Check & top off fluid levels Test coolant freeze protection ( – 30 F) Check & adjust tire pressure ( 32 psi) Reset oil change light(if applicable)
Replace front brake pad linings. Check front brake disc rotor condition. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
