Wiring harness has several bad spots, especially across valley at sensor connectors. Tab locks have been broken off at injector module. Repair wiring to get correct readings from sensors.
Perform several tests and found high pressure oil too low for engine to start (only getting about 350 max, needs 600 to start) perform leak test, fail. Found injection pressure regulator failed. Replace IPR and pigtail.
During wiring repair, found pieces of the intake manifold gasket broken off and laying in the engine valley.EGR cooler hose leaking as well. Replaced with intake manifold set.

Remove and reinstall four wheels to inspect brake condition. Clean brake lining. Inspect entire system for leaks. Inspect brake lines for excessive rust/corrosion. Estimated lining wear life remaining is: Front ( 80 %) Rear ( 80 %) All moving parts working correctly, no air in the brake system none found and master cylinder is working correctly. All 4 brakes are working as they should. Pedal travel is not unusual on RV chassis, some more than others.
Includes: change engine oil & filter inspect and top off chassis fluids check and adjust tire pressure ( Front 75 Rear 80 psi ) test coolant freeze protection ( -20 )
Drivers side wiper hitting lower windshield seal. Had to re time both wiper arms so they do not hit when in motion. Drivers side wiper coverage is much better. We can not time the drivers side up any more due to the fact that it will make the passenger side hit the windshield seal.
Underside is very clean, no issues found. Steering and suspension look good. Belts and hoses etc all look good at this time. Slight body damage to right rear panel but nothing major. Tires still look good, however they are about out of date. Should be replaced for next season. It appears to have been stored inside, very clean.

Replaced failing throttle body assembly.

Did not find a transmission leak. Found left front braided brake line from ABS module to left front brake hose leaking. Special brake line required, ordered replacement line. Replaced brake line, bleed brake system. Top off brake fluid and test, no more leaks. Have 70% brake lining on rear and 90% lining on front.
There is some rust in the dip stick tube as a result of condensation. Very common issue, but any rust that get into the transmission is picked up by transmission filter and magnet. Slight seepage at output shaft seal, very common. No major concern.

De-winterize, sanitize and test water systems – all good Test appliances/water heater – good
Found no signal to and from camera to monitor, trace wiring, found cable to camera chewed in two in headliner. Repair as needed then test, works good.
Replace all locks and latches on compartment doors (all same keyed, keys on ring), had to fabricate some backing plates for doors that inner panel was caving in.
Replace weather stripping around all compartment doors as needed.
