WHile tries were off, checked brakes, all pads at about 30% life remaining. Fuel filler light is from a leak in the fuel filler neck, would need to replace to fix the issue. Also has a bad tire pressure sensor in the right rear tire.

- Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge system. Inspect for leaks. Test system performance. Found A/C Compressor failed and needs replaced, belt is dry rotten and cracked.

2007 Ford F450 Super Duty

- Wiring harness has several bad spots, especially across valley at sensor connectors. Tab locks have been broken off at injector module. Repair wiring to get correct readings from sensors.
- Perform several tests and found high pressure oil too low for engine to start (only getting about 350 max, needs 600 to start) perform leak test, fail. Found injection pressure regulator failed. Replace IPR and pigtail.
- During wiring repair, found pieces of the intake manifold gasket broken off and laying in the engine valley.EGR cooler hose leaking as well. Replaced with intake manifold set.
