- Remove and re-install four wheels to inspect brake condition. Clean brake lining. Inspect entire system for leaks. Inspect brake lines for excessive rust/corrosion. Estimated lining wear life remaining is: Front ( 5 %) Rear ( 5 %)
- Replace front brake pad linings. Inspect and replace front brake disc rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
- Inspect and replace rear brake disc rotors. Retract rear brake caliper actuators. Clean and lubricate rear brake caliper slide mechanism. Road test vehicle.
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
